When will your order be processed?

Each of our pieces is custom made especially for you. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery or contact us for rush orders at 1-877-565-1284 or email us.

Delivery to international destinations and some U.S. territories

At this time, we are only able to allow online orders for only inside United States. Please call 1-877-565-1284 or email us for inquiries.

Shipping Costs

Your order will ship complementary via Fed-Ex overnight. (For insurance reasons, a signature is required for all Fed-Ex shipments; we cannot deliver P.O box addresses).

Gift Cards

The Daniel Gibbings gift card is available for purchase here in pre-set denominations. Gift cards purchased online may be redeemed online or in our Flagship Store. Daniel Gibbings is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

All gift cards will be shipped Fed-Ex. Signatures are required for all deliveries. Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable shipping address is sole responsibility of the purchaser. Delivery to a non-existent shipping address is the sole responsible of the purchaser.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax will only be collected for orders shipped to addresses in the state of California.

Return Policy

At Daniel Gibbings, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for some reason you are not completely content, you may return* any unworn and undamaged item(s) within 10 days for a full refund, exchange or credit*.

**Credit will only be valid from 1 year from the date of purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing of your return. Sale items and special customized orders are final sales. No return or exchanges are accepted.

Return Process

Orders must be returned 10 days of receipt in the original packaging, in unworn condition accompanied with the original receipt. All merchandise should be returned with shipping pre-paid and insured to Daniel Gibbings. You must follow the instructions exactly; failure to do so will prevent the process of return.
